Intake conversation
After approval of your CV and cover letter, we invite you to partake in an interview. A Skype meeting will be organized, where you can further introduce yourself, your skills, motivations, and your career aspirations within football business.

VUB enrolment
After a decision is reached to offer the prospective student admission to our course, we then formally accept you to the programme of IFBI. To become an official IFBI student, you must register with Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). After successfully completing the entire programme, participants will receive a Postgraduate Degree in Football Business from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

IFBI offers a Champions League level business education. The current tuition fee for the International Postgraduate Course and class, graduating in 2020 is €40,000. Course fee for the academic year 2021 is the same. This fee is billed after acceptance and registration (2-3 months before the beginning of the programme), and must be received by us prior to the start of the academic year.
Visa application
If you are a citizen from a non-European Union country, you may need a visa to enter Belgian territory. Please note that it can take up to 7 or 8 weeks before you will receive your visa, so make sure to do the application as soon as possible. For questions regarding visa and related matters, you should contact the Belgian embassy or Belgian consulate in your country or a neighbouring country.
All the information concerning visa applications for Belgium is available on the website of the Foreigners Department of the FPS Home Affairs, which is the competent Belgian authority for access to the territory, stay, residence and removal of foreigners in Belgium.
