In order to apply for the Postgraduate Course in International Football Business (accredited by the Vrije Universiteit Brussel - VUB and operated by the International Football Business Institute - IFBI), we kindly ask you to complete our admission form.
Note that there is a limit of 20 participants. Only fully completed application forms will be taken into consideration.

Application Process

Admission form
Please download our admission form. It is important that this document is completed in proper, clear, and concise English, otherwise it may be difficult for us to proceed with your application.

VUB enrolment
After a decision is reached on your admission to our Postgraduate Course in International Football Business, we then formally accept you to the programme of IFBI. In order to complete the enrolment for the course, you must register with Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).

Payment
The Postgraduate Course in International Football Business is a Champions League level education programme. The tuition fee for the Postgraduate Course is €40,000.
This fee is billed after acceptance and registration (2-3 months before the beginning of the programme), and must be received by us prior to the start of the academic year.
Visa application
If you are a citizen from a non-European Union country, you may need a visa to enter Belgian territory. Please note that it can take up to 7 or 8 weeks before you will receive your visa, so make sure to do the application as soon as possible. For questions regarding visa and related matters, contact the Belgian embassy or Belgian consulate in your country or a neighbouring country.

Department of the FPS Home Affairs, which is the competent Belgian authority for access to the territory, stay, residence and removal of foreigners in Belgium. Once you have arrived in Belgium, details of your country's embassy or consulate may also be useful.
Please note that in order to receive the student Schengen visa, you’ll need to provide a proof of solvency of 9,000 euro which you’ll receive 100% back once you’ve arrived in Belgium and have completed the tuition fee.
