Football Sales Management
Course Content
Sales Management in the Football Industry falls back to the general introduction on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and consists of three single-taught modules: ticketing, hospitality and merchandising. Each different module will focus on how general sales management principles can be used to compose a business model for a football stakeholder. Best practices from clubs, retail companies and design companies will be shared throughout these modules.
